Today I called because my policy was canceled due to an error uploading pictures. I spoke to a rep who instead of trying to Fix the issue, she was trying to sign me up for a new policy which she would get commissions. I finally finally got back in contact with Shaina Who I have spoken with before and even though Yvette tried to make Complicated Shania Was able to assist me pretty quickly insurance is active and she was very apologetic even though it was system error Thank you so much again Shaina

I needed car insurance quickly and got a call from Shaina! Let me tell you, Shaina is amazingggg! I had a little difficult situation when it came to obtaining car insurance and Shaina helped me in every single step. Quickly at that! She has such a personable personality, I had never felt so relieved when speaking on the phone with ANYONE in the car insurance business. She made me laugh & also was very understanding at the times I got frustrated. Shaina stayed on top of me when there was things I forgot to sign/submit so there was constant communication. I can go on & on about her and happy to have found her because she helped me compare rates from several companies and helped me find the cheapest one for my needs. I feel like I owe her lunch or something for all the help. If you're going to A-Max ask for her, I promise you'll be satisfied.

Very pleased with Ruby's customer service and her quickness in helping me find a affordable insurance plan that worked for me and was very communicative and swift in the process as well. I will highly recommend this location and Ruby anywhere and everywhere that I go. I saved almost $170 by going with Amax insurance, Once again thank you Ruby for your help, you are the best and super sweet , I thank you for your help and consideration and understanding and for being so good to me overall, that is what I call great customer service skills, you cant beat that, Ruby your the best !
