Don’t even know where to start!’ I promised I would be nice, I will just use initial’s, on March 10 th I was left hanging by J who never reached back out to me with an issue pending with a policy she sold me and her version was “I called him back “ and she did. I called her back within 30secs and she did not answer. I left a message for her to call me back and instead of her calling me back on her way out of the office to go home “J” pawned me off to an awesome supervisor by the name of (TIFFANY) before the office closed. This same day I also called at at approximately 2:25 pm I called trying to reach back out to “J” another office answered from the Austin location and a Mimi started to help me and did great and worked on this same issue and she promised to help and make sure this issue would be resolved before the end of the day. And like “J” Mimi never called back! ! I then sent her a message at 5:05 pm and Mimi never replied ! On march 11 at approx 9:05 am I received this text saying your policy is in process to be cancelled ugh smh 🤦‍♂️ . I attempted to call back “J” about this text notice of cancellation and I was hung up on .! So I called back and met TIFFANY (supervisor) and to make a long story short she not only stayed communicating with me but she also fixed everything by going to a different carrier! So 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s for TIFFANY!🎈👍🙏❤️🎉👏👏

Honestly, the people here are always ready to help & if they don't pick up, trust me, someone will contact you right away. Let's get to the rates- they will find you the lowest prices, in my opinion cause everywhere I tried they were giving some crazy outrageous prices, so skip that nonsense & give this place a shot & did I mention they have candy & clean place to help you out very quickly. My overall experience is I would honestly recommend this place if you are looking for insurance & get helped right away & they can help you get insured over the phone, which is the best part as well. I gave this a 5 star review because I've had my best experience here with no hassle at all 😎
