The attention that I had with the Agent, a gentleman named Andrew Hernandez, was professional, his attitude attentive and more than nothing very patience with my questions ready to response or inquire. He gave me a nice time talking with me over the phone and as courtesy he shared with me that he was bilingual, in case if i prefer to handle the conversation with him in Spanish, so I had a wonderful experience with him.
