I go to the Spencer location and Jocelyn and Michell are amazing they both are really good at there jobs!! Michell Torres went the extra mile to help me out on a policy that I did over the phone with a different amax location that unfortunately did not do so great but she got my stuff right and left a happy customer I hope there district manager realizes the two great employees she has at this location because I’ve been with Amax for years and seen people come and go but these 2 girls here are truly amazing hope they become managers soon because they sure know what they are doing!!! Thank you both for your hard work truly appreciated!!!!
