I got transferred back and forth between two people who were kinda sour and not helpful at all. Then they just transferred me to a complete different person. Which was better in the long run. Alma was super super helpful and nice. She lowered my monthly payment as well as set me up with automatic payments (my previous agent told me I’d have to go in for that) she was super truthful and very customer oriented!
