Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 28, 2026

A-MAX Insurance Services, Inc. wants everyone to be able to use www.amaxinsurance.com. This includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, screen magnifiers, or other assistive tools. We serve customers in English and Spanish online, by phone, and in person at our 240+ offices in Texas, California, and Arizona.

Our standard

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These are widely used guidelines for making websites easier to use for people with disabilities.

We test and improve our site on an ongoing basis. This is ongoing work, and we keep making changes as we find ways to do better.

What we do

Here are some of the steps we take to make our site easier to use:

  • We add text alternatives to images so screen readers can describe them.
  • We build pages so you can move through them using only a keyboard.
  • We use colors with readable contrast, and you can make text larger in your browser.
  • We use clear headings and labels so pages and forms are easier to follow.
  • We offer captions or transcripts for video content where available.
  • We offer our content in English and Spanish.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, tools, or documents on our site may not yet fully meet these standards. We work with our vendors to improve them.

If you have trouble with any part of our site, please use one of the options below. We are glad to help.
