A Day of Service
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: what are you doing for others?” - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
As we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today, I want to challenge you to take the time to do a kind gesture on this day of service. Many people enjoy the holiday because of the day off of work it provides, forgetting this day is all about SERVICE.
Many will say, “I don’t have” or “I’m not” to alleviate their civic duty to help those less fortunate, but I’m here to tell you that no matter how small the gesture, one small act of kindness could change a person’s day and life. I want to challenge everyone to take the time to perform some act of service, not just today, but throughout the year. You never know what impact you may have when you take the time to do for others.
If you need any ideas on what you can do, please watch the A-MAX Act of Kindness video below.
Last year, A-MAX challenged each of its markets to participate in our Act of Kindness initiative. As you all know, we not only commemorated A-MAX's 20 years of offering the absolute best in customer service, but we also celebrated the grand opening of our 200th office. As a company, we wanted to commemorate these milestones by giving back and showing our communities the same love they've shown us over the years.
