AMAZING customer service! I was honestly preparing myself to look for a different company after the office in Edinburgh dropped the ball on my account and the rep was not willing to help or give me any info on how to move forward with a new policy. I was expecting very little to come of the phone conversation to the point where I was in tears when I called, JESSICA was VERY HELPFUL and managed to get me taken care of within less than 30 minutes! I can not explain how grateful I am that she answered the phone and was willing to help unlike the previous office. She definitely has the customer experience any job would be lucky to have, it's hard to come by someone like that now days! Thanks you Jessica for all that you did and I hope AMAX knows what a wonderful employee they have!
