I wanted to shout out Christy. She is the best customer service representative I’ve had in years. This person went far beyond great attitude the best smelling voice and I gave her issues because I was buying a car and I kept switching the policy not one time did she get an attitude! She always seem very happy to help me. She was very hands-on. I just wanted to give her a shout out for being the best and I think that she deserves a raise And she needs to start class for Customer Service . Kevin and Mario really made getting a new policy of insurance such a smooth process. Only I disliked was the transfers and being put on hold for extended periods. Other than that Kevin truly helped get the best price for a two car full coverage insurance. Left feeling like I just saved money! Keep up the good work!
