Just wanna brag on Brittany Wadley at the stemmons freeway A max. There was a clinch in the system when I signed up for insurance online so they didn't get any of my information but they had took my payment and it wouldn't let me go any further. After calling numerous times and going up to A max. Brittany wley was the only one who helped me. For 4 day straight she reached out to me until the problem was solved and I got my policy. She did an exceptional job and I'm very appreciative of her. We need more people like her. I'm so thankful for her.

I spoke with one of their agent's Litzy Macedo and she was excellent. She provided the best customer service. Wish I could say the same about her team members. Her team member told me she was too busy to help me, so she transferred me to another team member, and she was excellent. Go see Litzy Macedo she will take care you!
