1. Sponsor
The MAX Your Ride Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by A-MAX Insurance, 3030 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247 ("Sponsor" or "A-MAX"). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any tire manufacturer or retailer.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the States of Texas and California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are three ways to receive an entry into the Promotion. No purchase of an insurance policy is required to enter or win, and purchasing a policy will not increase your chances of winning. All entry methods provide the same chance of winning.
a. Get a Quote. During the Promotion Period, request an auto insurance quote from A-MAX online at www.amaxinsurance.com, by phone at 800-921-2629, or at a participating A-MAX location in Texas or California. Each eligible person who completes a quote receives one (1) entry. Completing a quote does not require purchasing a policy.
b. Refer a Friend. During the Promotion Period, submit a friend’s contact information through the A-MAX referral page at https://ref.amaxinsurance.com/customer. The person making the referral (the "Referrer") receives one (1) entry when the referred friend completes a quote with A-MAX during the Promotion Period. The referred friend does not receive an entry and is under no obligation to request a quote or purchase a policy. By submitting a referral, the Referrer represents that they have the friend’s permission to share the friend’s contact information with A-MAX and that the friend consents to being contacted by A-MAX about a quote. A maximum of [ten (10)] entries per person may be earned through referrals.
c. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without requesting a quote or making a referral, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: MAX Your Ride Giveaway, 3030 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. Mail-in entries must be received by August 29, 2026. Each eligible mail-in entry receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
5. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) quote entry per person, a maximum of [ten (10)] referral entries per person, and a maximum of [five (5)] mail-in entries per person during the Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries containing false or incomplete information, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across all entry methods and both states. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about September 3, 2026, after the Promotion Period closes on August 29, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified by [phone and/or email] using the contact information provided at entry within [five (5)] business days of the drawing. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within [seven (7)] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within [seven (7)] days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) brand-new set of four (4) tires for the winner’s personal vehicle. Approximate retail value (ARV): $750 per winner. Actual value may vary based on tire size and vehicle; any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. Tire brand, model, and fulfillment method, including retailer and any installation arrangements, will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional payment or consideration.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes by random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, suspension, or modification.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry, including referral contact information, is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.amaxinsurance.com/privacy-policy. Referred friends will be contacted by A-MAX only in connection with a quote request and may opt out of further contact at any time.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules or the rights of entrants shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Texas], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
14. Winners List
For the names of the winners, available after August 5, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MAX Your Ride Giveaway Winners List, 3030 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247, or email marketing@amaxinsurance.com. Requests must be received by August 31, 2026.
