A-Max Agent Christine was very informative, through and extremely helpful in what was literally a last minute crisis aversion. She researched and consolidated 3 of the best options for our situation.Then explained in detail those options so that we had a clear understanding and could then make the best decision for our current circumstances. Mind you about 1 1/2 hours in to this total of 4 hour ordeal she was due to be off. She didn't push us off until the next day, orhand us off to another agent.
