I wanted to shout out Christy. She is the best customer service representative I’ve had in years. This person went far beyond great attitude the best smelling voice and I gave her issues because I was buying a car and I kept switching the policy not one time did she get an attitude! She always seem very happy to help me. She was very hands-on. I just wanted to give her a shout out for being the best and I think that she deserves a raise And she needs to start class for Customer Service .
