The Big League Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law.

A-MAX Insurance, 3030 N Stemmons Fwy, Ste. B, Dallas, TX 75247 (the “Sponsor” and “Administrator”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority (whichever is older) in their state of permanent residence and who live within California. The Giveaway is open to both existing A-MAX customers/policyholders (Referral Track) and new prospects who are not yet A-MAX customers (Acquisition Track), as described under “How to Enter” below.
Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor/Administrator, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales reps, advertising/promo agencies, and each of their officers, directors, agents, and employees, and members of their immediate families/households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible (collectively, the “Released Parties”). Non-eligibility or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. References to “Entrants” include any Entrant later deemed a “Winner.”
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway period begins Monday, April 14, 2026 and ends Friday, May 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s database/computer is the official timekeeping device. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Giveaway Period.
HOW TO ENTER
Acquisition Track (New Prospects — Not Yet A-MAX Customers):
Eligible new prospects may enter during the Giveaway Period by obtaining a new insurance quote online at amaxinsurance.com/giveaway, in-store at any A-MAX location, or by phone (no purchase required). Each qualifying quote start constitutes one (1) entry into the drawing. Obtaining a quote in-store or by phone constitutes two (2) entries.
Referral Track (Existing A-MAX Customers):
Existing A-MAX customers/policyholders may enter during the Giveaway Period by submitting a friend referral via the landing page at amaxinsurance.com/giveaway. Each qualifying referral submission where the referred friend completes a quote start constitutes one (1) entry for the referring customer. The referred friend who completes a qualifying quote start also receives one (1) entry into the drawing.
Entry Limit:One (1) entry per person per entry method (quote start or referral submission) for the duration of the Giveaway Period.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
Mail a postcard with your full name, date of birth, phone number, address, and email to: “Entry – Big League Giveaway,” c/o A-MAX Insurance, 3030 N Stemmons Fwy, Ste. B, Dallas, TX 75247. Must be postmarked no later than May 2, 2026 and received within five (5) days thereafter. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person. Proof of submitting online or by mail is not proof of receipt. Automated/mechanically reproduced entries are void.
If you are a wireless subscriber with a device that accesses the Internet, you may enter via that device (normal data rates may apply per your carrier plan).
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.
All information will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.amaxinsurance.com/privacy-policy. By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of personal information for administration of the Giveaway and agree to receive marketing communications (with the ability to opt out at any time).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If the Giveaway is impaired or cannot run as planned for any reason (including virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control), Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of action, or otherwise in a fair and equitable manner consistent with the spirit of these Rules. Sponsor may disqualify anyone it believes is tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: Any attempt to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies.
RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or causes of action arising out of participation or receipt or use of the Prize, including technical errors, unauthorized intervention, printing or administration errors, or injury or damage to persons or property. In any cause of action, Released Parties’ liability is limited to the cost of entering; in no event will Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
DRAWING & NOTIFICATION
Two (2) potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, conducted on or about the first business day following the close of the Giveaway Period (on or about May 5, 2026) by the Administrator. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will contact each potential Winner via phone and/or email. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, does not respond within two (2) business days, or is otherwise ineligible or non-compliant, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
GRAND PRIZE & PRIZE CONDITIONS
Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the LA Dodgers vs. LA Angels game on May 16, 2026, at a venue to be confirmed by Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value: $500 per prize; total ARV for both prizes: $1,000). Specific seat location, section, and experience details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised game is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise unavailable.
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as included (including, without limitation, transportation to and from the venue). Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, Winner grants the Released Parties the right to use their name, city and state of residence, portrait, voice, likeness, biographical information, and/or Giveaway entry in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS — ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable California sweepstakes and promotional laws. No bond is required. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Major League Baseball, the LA Dodgers, or the LA Angels. All trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.
DISPUTES
Entrants agree: (i) all disputes and claims arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any Prize will be resolved individually, without class action; (ii) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorneys’ fees); and (iii) under no circumstances may Entrants obtain punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages. These Rules are governed by U.S. law. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
MISCELLANEOUS
Headings are for convenience only. No amendment or waiver is valid unless in writing and signed by the Sponsor/Administrator. Entrants may not assign rights or obligations without Sponsor’s prior written consent. These Rules bind and benefit the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrant.

To request confirmation of a Winner’s name, city, and state of residence, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope within sixty (60) days of the Giveaway’s end date (May 2, 2026) to: “A-MAX Big League Giveaway Winners List Request,” c/o A-MAX Insurance, 3030 N Stemmons Fwy, Ste.
